One thing at a time, one breath at a time,Spirit is restoring me
Today, I allow God/Spirit to bring healing into the places where anxiety, stress, drama, and contention have tried to steal my peace. I release the pressure to fix everything all at once, and I remind myself that one step at a time is still sacred progress.
I honor the part of me that carried the past and survived what tried to break me. I also honor the woman I am becoming—the one who recognizes what needs to change, protects her peace, rests when she needs to rest, and still keeps moving toward her goals.
I am not who I used to be. I am healing in real time. My past does not define my wholeness; it becomes part of the testimony Spirit uses to help me shine for others.
Broken crayons still color, and so do I. My life still has purpose. My spirit still has light. My testimony still has power.
Today, I choose peace, healing, wholeness, and calm accomplishment. I let Spirit restore what life tried to break.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
