Focus Phrase:“I walk in wisdom. I am guided by the Divine.”
Today I admit it—my life is full, and my mind stays busy.
I overthink. I second-guess. I carry so much that it’s hard to tell what’s divine guidance and what’s just exhaustion.
But I’m learning that even in the chaos, Spirit is still speaking.
The signs are there.
The gut feelings. The dreams. The nudges.
Even when I doubt myself, the Divine hasn’t given up on me.
If I paused long enough to really listen—to let my soul lead—
I know the anger would soften.
The heaviness would lift.
And I’d speak with more kindness, more patience, more light.
I don’t need to figure everything out today.
I just need to feel through it.
To breathe, trust, and take one step in alignment.
So today, I choose to begin.
I choose to write.
I choose to trust that the wisdom I’m seeking… is already within me.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
