I pause and listen for divine wisdom before I speak or act.
Today, I choose stillness over reaction and wisdom over urgency.
I release the need to explain, defend, or control what is not mine to manage.
In the quiet, I hear God clearly.
In the pause, I am guided gently and without confusion.
I honor the inner knowing that has carried me through every season—
in joy, in loss, and in becoming.
I trust the direction unfolding before me, even when the full picture is not yet revealed.
Peace leads me. Wisdom grounds me. God goes before me.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
