I build from calm strength not survival mode.
Today I release the habit of bracing for battles that are no longer pursuing me.
I recognize that much of my strength was built in survival. I carried everything “just in case.” I overperformed to avoid rejection. I stayed ready for impact even when the danger had passed.
But today, I choose a new expression of strength.
I choose strength that builds.
Strength that is calm.
Strength that is rested.
Strength that does not need to prove anything to anyone.
If I am already chosen for my assignment, then I do not have to compete for my worth.
If I am already called, I do not have to strive to be “good enough.”
Today I move from purpose instead of pressure.
I prioritize what truly matters — including my education, my calling, and my peace.
The version of me who trusts her calling walks confidently.
She speaks with authority.
She does not shrink to make others comfortable.
She builds.
And so do I.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
