I do not need to struggle to be strong.I am already enough.
Today, I release the belief that I must stay guarded to stay safe.
I honor the strength that carried me through survival,
and I allow it to soften into wisdom.
I do not shame my defenses—
I thank them for protecting me when I needed them.
And now, I give them permission to rest.
I choose strength that is calm, not reactive.
I choose confidence over tension.
I choose discernment instead of constant vigilance.
I trust that what is truly mine to carry will remain steady,
and what is not will not collapse when I let go.
I am supported—even when I pause.
My purpose does not require struggle.
My power does not need to be proven.
My presence is enough.
Power Affirmation:
I do not need to struggle to be strong. I am already enough.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
