Strength is in my spirit—purpose is in my steps.
Today, I call in strength—
not just in my body, but in my emotions.
I feel everything deeply, but I am learning to hold space for myself too.
Even when I don’t know the way, I walk in purpose.
I trust the whispers of my intuition and move in blind faith.
Stress and overthinking try to pull me under,
but I rise above by getting still.
I pray. I meditate. I align—not just with what I want,
but with what Spirit has called me to do.
I take one strong step today,
because quitting is not in my spirit.
I’ve been resilient my whole life,
and even when I don’t give myself credit,
my survival speaks louder than words.
When I forget who I am,
Spirit reminds me: You are powerful, you are called, you are chosen.
And today, I remember—
this is my destiny.
Love and light to all, and so it is.
