I begin again in peace, releasing the weight of what I survived.
Today, I choose healing that does not require revisiting the pain I survived.
I honor my past without reliving it, and I release its hold on my body, heart, and mind.
This is a new season—one where I pause before reacting and allow peace to lead.
I offer myself gentleness as I step into creation, even without knowing all the details yet.
I trust that what I am building will unfold in divine timing, guided by clarity, patience, and grace.
I do not rush healing; I allow it to restore me slowly, deeply, and completely.
I acknowledge all I endured—especially the physical pain and health challenges that once defined my days—and I affirm that they no longer define who I am now.
I am not the same person I used to be.
I am wiser, calmer, and more aligned.
Wholeness for me today is peace.
I choose alignment over exhaustion by resting, meditating, and standing firm in my boundaries.
I honor my nervous system, my spirit, and my lived experience.
As I step into this new year, I affirm:
I am living my best life, and the possibilities before me are endless.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
