I am a channel for divine healing power.
I
Today I acknowledge that I am carrying more than I should, but I no longer have to bear it alone. Every weight I’ve held—stress, worry, and exhaustion—is already being lifted by the Holy Spirit’s hands. I release the tension in my body, the noise in my mind, and the heaviness in my spirit, trusting that divine peace is already flowing where I need it most.
Even on my hardest days, I can choose to pause, breathe, and connect to God within. In that sacred stillness, I find restoration that no external fix could ever give me. I am learning to treat myself with the same compassion I so freely offer to others. Each time I speak gently to myself instead of judgment, I allow healing to take deeper root.
The same light I extend through patience and kindness toward others also lives within me. Today, I open to that truth. Healing is not something I have to earn—it is my divine inheritance. The Holy Spirit is working through every breath I take, restoring balance, peace, and wholeness in all that I am.

Wholeness fills my mind and body.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
