Thursday Blessing Healing & Wholeness

I welcome peace, not perfection—just sacred balance and restoration.

There are wounds I no longer hide—

Not because they’re gone, but because I’m learning they don’t define me.

I carry pain, yes. Some from what I survived.

Some from what I didn’t yet know how to protect others from.

But even that… is being transformed.

I don’t need to fix everything to be whole.

Spirit meets me in the stillness—

in the quiet signs,

in the breath I take when I remember to rest,

in the grace I give myself when I remember I’m healing.

Today, I honor my survival and my readiness for more.

Peace is not some distant dream.

It’s a presence I choose to welcome in—

not perfection, but balance.

Not escape, but sacred restoration.

I am open now.

To the daily miracles.

To the rewriting of old stories.

To the wholeness already growing inside me.

Love and light to all, and so it is.
