I allow grace to hold what I no longer carry.
Today, I pause and give thanks for what is already okay.
I am grateful for my peace, my safety, and my growing awareness of how I respond.
I honor my past—not as a burden, but as a teacher.
What once felt heavy has softened me instead of hardening me.
From my experiences, empathy was born.
I release perfection and the pressure to get it right all the time.
I allow grace to meet me where I am.
I offer myself the same compassion I so freely give others.
I appreciate the part of me that endured, learned, and chose healing.
Even when I react, I am learning.
Even when I stumble, I am growing.
I trust that awareness is enough for today.
Peace does not require perfection—only presence.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
