Sunday Blessing Gratitude & Grace

I release what no longer belongs in my hands and rest in grace.

Today, I give thanks not only for what has healed,

but for what is still becoming.

I acknowledge the steady presence of grace —

not loud, not forced, but faithful.

It has walked with me through growth, learning, and unlearning,

even when I didn’t stop long enough to notice.

I choose to loosen my grip on what I’ve been carrying out of habit,

not because it is wrong,

but because it no longer belongs in my hands.

I trust that what I release is met with divine care.

Gratitude has changed me.

It has taught me how to pause,

how to respond with intention,

and how to meet each moment with more awareness than before.

Today, I do not rush healing.

I do not strive for answers.

I rest in peace, breathe in stillness,

and allow grace to do what it does best — restore gently.

This day is enough.

I am enough.

And all is held in divine order.

Love and light to all… and so it is.
