Recognizing what is already growing and trusting the overflow
Today I honor what is already shifting within me.
My healing is real, even if it is still unfolding. I choose to stop waiting for perfection and begin giving myself credit for the small victories, the quiet growth, and the strength it has taken to get this far.
On this day, and on this milestone of turning 42, I consciously release everything that is no longer aligned with my greatest good. I release lack, struggle, and the belief that I must carry everything alone. This is my year to level up, to grow, and to rise—not just for myself, but so I may help others from a place of wholeness and truth.
I recognize that God has always provided. Even when I didn’t see it clearly, provision, support, and favor were present. I open my eyes now to the abundance that has surrounded me all along.
My spirit feels aligned with my calling, my ministry, and a deep sense of peace. I allow myself to want these things without guilt. I am allowed to desire a life that is meaningful, supported, and rooted in purpose.
Today, abundance looks like peace in my body, clarity in my mind, love in my heart, and trust in my path. I receive it by practicing presence every day—by choosing alignment, gratitude, and openness again and again.
