I pause,I soften,I choose peace before I react
Today, I do not move on impulse—I move with awareness.
I recognize that I have been reacting out of habit, out of old patterns, out of thoughts that keep me stuck… and today, I choose differently.
I pause.
Even when it’s uncomfortable… I pause.
Even when my first instinct is to react… I pause.
Because in that pause, I create space for peace.
I acknowledge that I haven’t always been aware of the energy I carry—but today, I step into that awareness.
I choose to walk into every space with intention, not tension.
I choose love in action—not because I expect anything in return, but because that is who I am becoming.
I release the negative thoughts that have been keeping me stuck.
They no longer have authority over my growth.
They do not define my path forward.
I admit that softening is hard… but I also recognize that staying guarded has been blocking my healing.
So today, I allow myself to soften—just a little more than yesterday.
And in doing so, I step into alignment.
I step into progress.
I step into the version of me that actually achieves what I’ve been working toward.
Today, I choose love.
Not just in feeling—but in action, in thought, and in who I decide to be.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
