I approve of myself first
Today I stop waiting for validation.
I already know who I am.
I already know what I carry.
I already know this calling isn’t accidental.
If I approved of myself first, I would walk confident.
Bold.
Like a boss — but calm.
So today I do.
I love myself in ways my nervous system can actually feel.
More rest.
Slow to anger.
Measured words.
Soft shoulders.
No rushing to prove anything.
I am no longer overextending to earn love.
That habit is fading.
I can care without abandoning myself.
I can lead without losing myself.
The survivor in me deserves tenderness.
The mother in me deserves grace.
The leader in me deserves patience.
The student in me deserves room to grow.
I do not have to prove I’ve changed.
I will embody it through action.
Through consistency.
Through peace.
Today my rest is sacred.
My pause is power.
My boundaries are love.
I walk into this week not trying to earn light —
but being light.
Not trying to deserve love —
but moving as love.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
