I am learning to return to peace before I respond.
Today I honor the truth that some questions don’t have answers yet — and that’s okay. The Holy Spirit knows the places in my heart that still feel too tender for words, and even in my silence, God is healing me.
I release the old version of myself who had to be on guard, who carried the weight of everyone else’s survival, and who was shaped by pain she never deserved. I honor her for getting me here — but I no longer let her lead. Today I gently guide her back into the light, reminding her: We are safe now.
Whenever frustration, sadness, or overwhelm shows up, I choose to pause, breathe, and step back into peace. I am learning that choosing love does not mean tolerating disrespect — it means having boundaries that protect my spirit and keep my heart aligned with God.
I celebrate the moments I stepped out of my comfort zone, even when it felt uncomfortable. Growth is never easy, but each small step I take is proof that I am rising.
I offer myself gentleness today by catching the old recordings in my mind and replacing them with truth, healing, and grace. I remember that I don’t have to carry everything alone.
I do my best — and God does the rest.

Love and light to all… and so it is.
