I open my heart to love and shine divine light into all I do.
Today I choose to be love and light to every soul I meet. When frustration or impatience arises, I pause, breathe, and return to peace. Spirit reminds me to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger, for kindness is the greatest gift I can offer.
I release stress, worry, and fear into God’s care. I know that when I do my best, Spirit takes care of the rest. In this truth, my heart flows freely with love and my mind rests in peace.
I carry God’s kindness to the hurting and the hopeless, while remembering that every soul needs light. Negativity has no home in me—I walk rooted in peace and keep rising, even when it is hard.
Through compassion and simple kindness, I shine Spirit’s love and light into the world, uplifting others and reminding them they are never alone.
