I open my heart and walk in love.I shine Divine Light in the world.
Today, I choose to embody Love and Light in every space I enter. I offer kindness in my words, gentleness in my presence, and compassion in my silence. Even when it’s hard, especially with myself, I am learning that sometimes love means letting go of the pressure—to rest, to breathe, to simply be.
I shine Divine Light into the shadows of my past, honoring the parts of me still healing. I send grace to the moments I haven’t fully released and hold them now in the arms of compassion.
In small ways—through listening, understanding, and quiet acts of care—I become a vessel for Divine Love. When the weight feels heavy or the world feels loud, I return to my center. Incense, meditation, music, and warm water remind me I am held by Spirit.
I am never alone. My children, my husband, my sacred companions—even my cats—are soul reflections of the Infinite Presence walking with me. Together, we rise in Light.

Love flows through me. Light surrounds me. I am a radiant vessel of peace.
