I release what I cannot control and rest in what already holds me
Today I give myself permission to step out of my head and into peace.
I do not have to overthink every outcome or manage every detail.
What is meant for me does not require exhaustion to reach me.
I release what was never mine to carry alone —
the weight, the expectations, the invisible pressure to hold everything together.
God has already proven throughout my life that I am protected, redirected, and sustained in ways I often only understand later.
I soften where I once braced.
I allow calm where I once tightened.
I trust divine timing without rushing, forcing, or proving.
Spirit continues to speak through signs, numbers, feathers, and quiet knowing.
Guidance is always present, even when I am still learning to hear it gently.
Today, faith does not need to be loud.
It can be quiet, steady, and lived through peace instead of pressure.
I am held. I am supported. I am not walking alone.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
