I open my heart to love, and I shine my light without fear.
I’m learning to stop being so closed off. I’ve built walls out of survival, but now I see it’s okay to let some of that down. I don’t have to let everyone in—but I can make room for love where it’s real and safe. Even though being around people can be draining, I still deserve connection that nourishes me.
Today, I choose to embody love and light however I can. Whether through a kind word, a soft presence, or just showing up with intention—I reflect my Higher Self in the way I move through the world.
I’m releasing anything that dims my light. That includes toxic energy, negative habits, and the overthinking that tries to convince me I’m not enough. It’s time to let those go and trust that my light is worthy and strong.
I feel surrounded by love when I’m with my family, when I’m resting with my cats, or when I’m deep in meditation. In those moments of peace, I remember who I really am. I remember that I carry a light that doesn’t need to prove anything—it just needs to be honored.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
