I release the past and rise renewed in grace
Today I rise—not as who I used to be, but as who I am becoming.
I release the weight of my past, not because it didn’t matter…
but because it no longer has power over who I am now.
I honor the battles I survived, the moments that tried to break me,
and the strength within me that refused to give up.
Even when it was hard… I kept going.
Even when I didn’t see the way… grace carried me through.
Today I choose to see that grace everywhere.
In the small moments.
In the quiet strength.
In the simple truth that I am still here… and still rising.
I release the old stories, the triggers, and the reactions
that no longer align with the healed version of me.
I am not who I was—I am who I am becoming.
Today, I move differently.
I respond with peace.
I choose kindness.
I walk in gratitude, not just in words—but in how I live, speak, and show up.
I am rising.
I am healing.
I am becoming.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
