I release what no longer belongs to me and I choose healing on purpose
Today, I acknowledge the weight I’ve been carrying—
the reactions, the triggers, the echoes of past trauma…
and I recognize that I am no longer who I was when those wounds were created.
I release the habit of reopening what Spirit has already begun healing.
I do not live in the past—I learn from it, but I am not bound to it.
I give myself permission to move with gentleness,
not only when I feel strong… but especially while I am still growing.
Healing is not perfection—it is progress.
I release what no longer belongs to me—
emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
And in that release… I make room for peace.
I walk today in authority—
not as someone broken, but as someone chosen.
Because even broken crayons still color…
and Spirit uses every piece of my story for purpose.
Tonight, I choose peace on purpose.
I lay down with gratitude, I speak life over myself,
and I trust that healing is happening—even now.
I am not who hurt me.
I am who rose after.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
