I choose love over reaction and peace over pressure
Today I choose love… even when it’s hard.
I recognize that love has always been the answer in my life, especially in the places where conflict feels the strongest—within my own family, within my own heart. And even though it’s not easy, I am learning to soften instead of harden.
I release the thought patterns rooted in the past and negativity—those old energies that no longer belong to who I am becoming. I see them clearly now, and I choose to banish them with intention, with awareness, and with light.
Today I give love to myself without needing to earn it.
I prioritize my healing.
I prioritize my peace.
I return to my center through stillness and meditation, knowing that my light is always within me, waiting for me to come back home.
I allow my love to overflow—not from pressure, not from obligation, but from alignment. From wholeness. From truth.
I pause before I respond.
I choose my words with intention.
I move with a spirit of peace, positivity, and awareness.
Love is not weakness—it is my power.
And today, I lead with it.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
