Sunday Reflection – Gratitude & Grace

I honor my growth and rest in divine peace.

This week, I pause to breathe in grace.

Not the kind you earn—but the kind that shows up anyway. In moments of love from my family… in understanding when I needed it most… in the quiet ways Spirit held me when I didn’t even realize it.

I’m growing.

Maybe not loud, not big—but real.

I don’t react the way I used to.

I don’t carry what’s not mine.

I see life differently.

That’s worth celebrating.

Tonight, I release the stress and frustration I’ve been gripping so tight.

Worry is just claiming a burden that might never be mine. I lay it down.

I choose peace.

I choose rest.

I thank God for the things I used to overlook—

The struggles that shaped me.

The breath in my lungs.

The fact that I get another tomorrow.

This week, I offer grace first—to myself.

Then to others.

Because we’re all just doing our best, even when it doesn’t show.

Love and Light to all.

And so it is.
