Strength that builds not just survives
Today I acknowledge that survival strength is still in my body.
I am still unlearning trauma.
I am still releasing patterns.
I am still teaching my nervous system that the danger is not always present.
And that’s okay.
But today I choose intentional strength.
Not the kind that fixes everything.
Not the kind that carries what isn’t mine.
Not the kind that confuses being needed with being purposeful.
I release the habit of believing everything is mine to fix.
My true responsibility is my peace.
My healing.
My leadership by example.
If I let go of old trauma,
if I stop gripping so tight,
things might not fall apart…
They might actually fall together.
Today my purpose is simple:
Walk it out like a boss queen.
Calm.
Focused.
Unapologetic.
Rested.
Negativity does not get my energy.
Chaos does not get my reaction.
Old fear does not get my authority.
I build my blessings even if I start late.
I build my future daily.
I build my legacy intentionally.
And when I know better…
I do better.
Not in pressure.
Not in shame.
But in conscious power.
This is strength that builds.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
