Stillness is teaching me what noise never could.
Today, I choose to pause like David before the Lord,
remembering that victory does not come from rushing,
but from listening.
Spirit, quiet the noise within me.
Teach me to trust the wisdom You have already placed in my heart.
When reaction rises, anchor me in peace.
When doubt whispers, remind me that You are walking with me.
My hardest storms have already proven Your faithfulness.
From my greatest trials, You brought my greatest blessings.
So today, I release the need to react, to defend, to rush ahead.
I choose presence over pressure, wisdom over worry,
guidance over fear.
I trust that intuition is Your voice within me.
I trust that stillness will show me the way.
I trust that even now, I am being gently led.
