I stand in God’s strength with a soft and trusting heart.
Today I bless the strength rising quietly within me.
Not the strength that fights or defends,
but the strength that listens, discerns, and trusts.
I honor the wisdom of my intuition
and choose calm confidence over emotional reaction.
I release the need to explain myself,
and I protect the peace God is building in me.
I thank You, Holy Spirit, for walking with me all my life—
for carrying me through what I did not think I would survive,
and shaping my empathy with holy boundaries.
Let my softness remain my gift,
and my strength remain my covering.
As my purpose unfolds in unseen ways,
I trust that You are already working ahead of me.
Today I walk gently, stand firmly, and rest in divine guidance.
I am exactly where I am meant to be.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
