Friday Blessing Faith & Trust

I allow myself to be carried instead of bracing

Today, I choose to trust what is already in motion.

I do not have to force, fix, or figure everything out.

I follow the Holy Spirit and allow life to unfold as it is meant to—one step, one breath, one moment at a time.

Even when trust feels uncomfortable, I remind myself that discomfort does not mean danger.

It means I am learning to stop bracing… and start allowing.

I release the weight of trying to carry everyone and everything on my own.

I remember that helping does not mean overholding, and love does not require self-sacrifice to exhaustion.

I honor the truth that my entire life is a testimony of being sustained, protected, and guided.

I have been held before.

I am being held now.

Nothing I have survived was done alone—even when it felt that way at the time.

Faith, for me, does not have to look loud or certain today.

Faith looks like continuing to work toward my goals.

Faith looks like showing up gently.

Faith looks like staying aligned instead of rushing ahead.

I give myself permission to not have all the answers.

I allow rest where there was pressure.

I allow breath where there was tension.

I allow trust to replace urgency.

I am carried.

I am guided.

I am supported—even in the quiet.

Love and light to all… and so it is.
