I choose love that includes me and light that leads me gently.
Today, I choose love that honors me.
I no longer rush to explain, fix, or carry what is not mine.
I allow myself the grace to pause, to breathe, and to respond from peace.
Love flows through me gently and freely,
not as obligation, but as alignment.
I trust that my presence is enough
and that silence can be sacred.
I release the need to over-explain my truth.
What is meant to be understood will be felt.
What is not aligned no longer requires my energy.
Light leads me today—
in my words, my boundaries, and my stillness.
I am safe choosing calm.
I am whole choosing peace.
