Sunday Blessing Gratitude & Grace

I release the past, rest in gratitude, and allow grace to carry me today.

Today, I rest in gratitude for all that I have survived and all that I no longer need to carry.

What once felt heavy, confusing, or painful has softened through time, healing, and God’s steady presence. I honor my past without living in it.

I release the habit of revisiting what no longer requires explanation, defense, or replay. I choose to be present here and now, where grace meets me gently and completely.

I give thanks for my endurance—for the strength it took to keep going, for the honesty it required to heal, and for the courage to keep choosing peace. I honor myself without minimizing my journey.

I acknowledge the quiet grace surrounding me—the unseen protection, the steady guidance, the constant reminders that I am supported and never alone. Even in stillness, God is at work.

Today, I release expectations of myself and others that no longer serve my peace. I allow things to be as they are, trusting that this moment is enough.

I move through this day with appreciation instead of anticipation, blessing what is instead of waiting for what’s next. I am present. I am grateful. I am held.

Love and light to all… and so it is.
