Friday Blessing Faith & Trust

Trusting the inner yes, when faith lives in the body not just the mind.

Today we pause and remember that faith is not only something we think about — it is something we feel.

It speaks quietly through the body, through inner knowing, through the moments when something simply does not sit right in the spirit.

Even when doubt rises, that inner voice remains steady.

It has guided before, and it continues to guide now.

Today we acknowledge the heaviness we carry — not because we are failing, but because we have been carrying too much alone.

Stress, worry, and responsibility can weigh on the heart, especially when family, healing, and love all intersect.

So today we choose to loosen our grip.

Not by ignoring what matters, but by trusting that God is present within it all.

Faith today does not require perfection.

It looks like pausing before reacting.

It looks like breathing instead of bracing.

It looks like allowing ourselves to move through the day without carrying the weight of every possible outcome.

As we release the need to anticipate what could go wrong, we make space for peace to settle in — even if just for a moment.

And in that moment, we remember: we are guided, supported, and never walking this path alone.

Power Affirmation:

I rest in the security of my spirit.

Love and light to all… and so it is.
