When I choose peace first love finds its way through me.
Today, I honor the tender parts of my heart—the places I have judged the most and given the least compassion. I offer myself grace first, trusting that the same love I give so freely to others also belongs to me. As I move through the day—busy, stretched, surrounded by responsibility—I choose to pause, breathe, and let Spirit speak before my defenses do.
I remember that boundaries are not walls; they are gates of love that protect my peace. I release the urge to carry the weight of other people’s problems as my own. Instead of reacting from emotion, I return to stillness and let wisdom rise before words.
Even the small steps count. In just a few quiet minutes of meditation and connection with God, I remind my spirit that I am supported, seen, and safe. And when I notice myself growing—like letting go of what once triggered me—I celebrate that healing is already happening.
Love is leading me. Peace is guiding me. And I am rising gently into who God is shaping me to become.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
