Sunday Blessing Gratitude & Grace

I honor the healing that already began.

Today, I choose to breathe slower and let gratitude soften the parts of me that still try to survive. I release worry, stress, and the defenses my past built to keep me safe. I no longer need them. God is restoring what life once tried to break.

I open my eyes to the small blessings that surround me — the quiet moments, the unexpected peace, the love that stays. Even when I didn’t know what to write, Spirit kept showing up: in my husband standing beside me… in the burning of old pain… in the rain that stopped as if Heaven said, “It is done.”

I honor who I used to be — the version of me that never quit — and I choose to walk forward with her courage, her strength, and her faith. I am learning to accept help without shame, to love without fear, and to rest without guilt.

I am already becoming who God always saw within me: whole, loved, worthy, and new.

Love and light to all… and so it is.
