I surrender my pain to the Holy Spirit and welcome peace into every part of my being.
Today I choose to release the memories and emotions that rise without warning—those echoes of pain that once kept me bound. I no longer have to understand every trigger or hold on to what hurt me. The Holy Spirit knows what to do with it all, and I surrender it into divine hands.
Even where I may still try to heal through control, I offer that too—trusting that true restoration begins when I stop striving and simply allow God’s love to work through me. I nurture my body, mind, and spirit with gentleness, through rest, prayer, and moments of quiet meditation.
When old pain or fear attempts to revisit, I remind myself that I am not who I used to be. I am whole, I am growing, and I am guided by divine light. My past does not define me—it refines me.
As I move through this day, I become a vessel of healing for others through love, kindness, and prayer. The same light that mends my heart flows through me to uplift and comfort everyone I meet.
Power Affirmation
I am whole, restored, and renewed. The Holy Spirit heals me from within and radiates through me to heal others.
Love and light to all… and so it is.
